Mastermind Roundtable
A private deliberation instrument for
the consequential decisions leaders
make alone.
Engagement by introduction
The instrument
For a specific question, a room is cast — six historical minds, drawn to the question at hand. No two rooms are the same.
The perspectives are delivered in sequence. Each argues from its own tradition. Where they disagree is preserved. Where they align is named.
What returns is a Private Deliberation Record — an artifact designed to sit alongside board memoranda, family-office briefings, and legal opinions. The instrument does not give advice. It structures the highest-quality thinking available and returns the judgment to the person who owns the decision.
The artifact
Every deliberation is preserved as a bound volume. The record is yours.
Engagement
The Roundtable is engaged by principals — chief executives, founders, family-office heads, board members, and those responsible for decisions whose consequences extend beyond themselves. New engagements are accepted by introduction.
